In the context of an agile process your current requirements are first determined together with your domain experts and users. In coordination with you these requirements are divided into individual packets, which can be prioritized by you.
Implementation
Subsequently, we implement each of these packages.
For this we first analyze your existing software environment to achieve an optimal integration of the new functionality. Subsequently we extend the architecture of the whole system so the new package can be integrated seamlessly, and create the design for the new package. According to your wishes we provide the result of this work to you as concepts, UML-diagrams or presentations.
After you have approved the design, we create tests to verify the correct implementation of the design.
Having created the tests and selected or entered the necessary test data we implement the required functionality in C++, Java, Perl, PHP, SQL or Smalltalk to guarantee an error free execution of the tests. In the course of the implementation we also fix all problems noticed by us during our work, if desired.
Integration
After the unit tests for the package have been successfully completed, we integrate it into the whole system. After the integration we perform a refactoring off the whole system, if desired, to assure its future maintainability and extensibility.
After the integration and refactoring, we test the whole system to ensure that everything still works as desired. The tested system and the test results are provided to you. Finally, on demand, we offer to train your employees on the new system.
If new requirements surface during this prozess, we gladly implement these for you as new packages.

After this pattern we either develop extensions for your existing software or new software systems.
